STEP geometry used by the Raspberry Pi 5 cases
These are the solver-ready STEP solids used by the published JSON requests and the Python case. Heat-producing packages, thermal pads, and the blower housing are cuboids in both forms, so they do not have redundant STEP files here.
Download every STEP part as one ZIP.
CAD voxelization explains how these surfaces become solid cells and how rotation, mesh spacing, and vertex preservation affect their representation.
Active Cooler
The validated API request uses this one-solid heatsink. Its mounting features and two board-reaching push-pin shafts are integrated into the solid, so no overlapping standalone fastener part is needed.
